The meeting is cancelled and will be reorganized later.
The main objective of this meeting is an approach combining the "Bioencapsulation" with "Safety" aspects.
Contributions will then be focused on how safety could be assured during biocapsule production and characterization, but also on how biocapsules could be assured as safe in processes and for their applications. "Safety" may be understood as "Security", "Nontoxicity", "Biocompatibility", "Reliability", ...
Suggested topics :
- How to assure a safe and reliable encapsulation process ?
- Improving encapsulation process to increase its safety.
- How to develop safe capsules in function of the target application ?
- Could capsules help developing a more safe process or application ?
- Any other point of view regarding the general workshop topics.
Your contribution is welcome ... register and submit a proposal for oral or poster presentation !
Two kinds of contributions may be proposed :
- Oral presentation : Eight reviews will be selected related to the workshop topics. Authors are requested to submit before March 15th, 2010 an abstract of maximum 100 words to describe their subject. If selected, they will have to provide the copy of their presentation (slides) before April 15th, 2010.
- Posters: all potential participant is invited to submit posters related to the workshop topics, showing specific results, innovation, difficulties and questions. Authors will have to provide a copy of their poster (format A4, preferably in pdf) before April 15th, 2010.
