Registration to the Workshop
  • Registration fees (150 euros ) include proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, the evening event.
  • Registration fees has to be paid at the front desk during the registration or (BEFORE the meeting) by credit card (When registred you will see a link to connect to safe payment system).
  • Receipt and certificate of attendence will be provided during the meeting
COST865 grants
Your grant status is ""
  • COST865 grant covers travel (economical class), daily allowance covering hotel, registration fess and extra-meals. BEWARE, official notification will be send to you by the COST office. You have to follow strickly the instruction (COST database registration, bring with you filled reimbursement form and your copy of your boarding card). We advice for electronic ticket to take copy of the registration and copy of the boarding card stubs.
  • Due to limited number of grants, we have place some people in stand-by. They will received grant in case of cancellations or if new grants are available. Consult your registration form to get update information
  • If you are not from COST area, you didn't submit contribution, you are industrials or if you register after the deadline, we could really not expect to get a grant for you. Sorry.
Submission of contributions
  • You have to register to the meeting before to submit contributions
  • Before Mid of January, you could submit proposal for oral review or a point of view linked to one of the working group topics, with an emphasis the industrial relevance of the topics (by industrial, we include also for example applications in medical field). You will be adviced personally of your selection by end of January. If selected you will have to submit your presentation (slides) before April 1, 2008 to be included in the proceedings.
  • Before April 1st 2008, you may submit a proposal for poster AND one page camera-ready to be included in the proceedings. This page could be a A4 reduction of your poster, with Title and Contributors name and address. All posters with a minimum of relevance to bioencapsulation will be accepted. Beware that the objective is to connect you with other teams. While the presentation has to be scientific, emphasis on the potential interest for collaboration is encouraged.
