- Anyone with accommodation booked on DCU Campus should travel to the Ballymun Road entrance of DCU. It is much easier to find the accommodation desk from this entrance. Watch signs placed on the campus.

How to register, submit an abstract, get a visa or invoice, request a grant or reserve university residence room ?

- From the registration form, you may get (acquitted) invoice, certificate of attendence, payment information, reserve your room ...
- Beware of deadlines : June 1st for grant request and oral submission, June 30th for poster submission, July 30th for early registration.

- We would advice Hamstead Residence (DCU campus) and early reservation ; preliminary booking has been made for 180 single rooms low cost. From your registration form, you get access to a link : 'Make a reservation at the University Residence'.

How to reach Dublin City University and the conference place ?
- Several airplane companies offer cheap flights to Dublin, Ireland. See for example low cost flights. However, make your booking early !
- From Nantes - France, for example, Ryanair proposes flights go and back for less than 100 €.
- From Dublin airport you should take a bus or a Taxi to DCU Residence Accommodation, Albert College Road (approx. cost : 15 €). If you are staying at a hotel check for the availability of courtesy buses.

- From city center there are inumerable buses to and from DCU - in particular buses nos. 4, 11, 13, 19 which stop on the Ballymun Road opposite Albert College Park. Ask driver to set you down at DCU. You have to cross the street (Ballymun Road - taking care to check the traffic - in Ireland traffic drives on the left side of the road) and along Albert College Road to the campus accommodation and University campus. - In the unlikely event that someone is coming by car, there is parking available on campus (Public Car Park which you will have to pay 5 euros per day, and a free parking for residents near by Hampstead Apartments (please refer to DCU campus plan : http://www.dcu.ie/images/primap.gif).
Money and wheater
- Ireland currency is euro.
- As many will have heard, Dublin (indeed Ireland as a whole) is famous for being wet and windy, although the temperature is always mild. Therefore at the beginning of September the temperature is usually between 15 and 25 °c, and you are advised to bring a light raincoat!
