June 1, 2008	Submission of fulltexts for oral presentation. Registration with grant request.
June 30, 2008	Submission of fulltexts for poster presentation.
July 30, 2008	Final date for revised text. If your text is still not acceptable, it will be removed from the program. Final date for early registration.

Registration fees include access to the conference, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner. You are expected to finance your travel, accommodation (campus, hotel or Bed and Breakfast) and evening meals.
Early registration means that payment has to be done BEFORE july 30, 2008 (provide a prove of payment).
BEWARE: Prove of Student status will be required !
If payment is not received in time and/or no tranfer document provided, you will be obliged to pay at the registration desk.
An acquitted invoice and an attendance certificate will be provided at the time of registration.

BRG and associated organisations will provide grants upon registration BEFORE June 1, 2008.
Grant attributions will be published on the site mid of June.

BRG grants consist in free registration, free accomodation to university residence and travel support (up to 200 euros for European, up to 500 euros for non European).
Grants will be preferably attributed to : the main author of oral and poster presentation (submitted including text before the deadline), rather students, researchers from emerging or distant countries.
COST865 grants consist in refund of travel cost (economical class) and allowance (120 euros per nigth + 20 euros per meals).
COST865 meeting covers friday 5 and saturday 6. Participants will be eligible for maximum 3 nights and corresponding meals.
COST865 granted persons have to pay the registration
Only participants from country participating to COST865 are eligible for a grant (List of countries)
Preference will be given to members of the management committee and active members of the COST865, and main author of oral and poster presentation (submitted including text before the deadline).

Prices such as a free attendence to a partner workshop or a free copy of the encapsulation related book may be awarded to the best student contributions.

After registration, you will be requested to submit a contribution following recommendations to authors.
Your texts (4 pages, no pre-abstract is required, selection will be done on the full text) will be compiled as proceedings and distributed at the conference.
Best innovative presentations submitted BEFORE June 1, 2008 will be selected for oral presentation.
Any text that does not strictly follow recommendations to authors will be rejected and authors requested to provide a new version.
Contributions that are not acceptable by July 30, 2008 will be cancelled, AS WELL AS any associated grant.
